Just saw this overview video featuring a tour of the Osmosis Spa in Freestone, and I wanted to share it. It gives you a real sense of the serenity of the spa itself, as well as some of the services they provide. While I’m always a fan of a good massage (and they offer massage in private pagoda’s along the creek!), what I like about the Osmosis Spa is the whole experience of being there. They have a zen garden / meditation area, and the grounds are just so peaceful and relaxing. I always allow time before or after my treatment to just “be”. Enjoy, and make sure and book some time at this Sonoma Spa during your next Bodega Bay vacation!

Wow, I’ve written before about how much I love the Osmosis Spa, and I’m excited to see their September “Back to School” specials. Here they are! They’re located just 15 minutes inland from “At the Bay’s Edge” in Freestone, and they happen to be across the street from the Wildflour Bakery, another fave!
Their special prices on Cedar Enzyme Baths for two ($119), 75-minute Swedish Massage ($99) and even a 45-minute Massage ($59).
Choose one, or mix and match to rejuvenate and face the fall season with clarity and health. Special prices available anytime Monday-Friday in September. Enjoy!
Osmosis Spa Mid-Winter Specials
March 21st, 2009 | Category: Local Activites and Events
Osmosis Spa, my personal favorite in this area, is running mid-winter specials right now. In addition to their enzyme baths, you can also enjoy your massage in a pagoda along the creek….it’s just incredibly relaxing. They also have a zen garden that’s very relaxing to spend time in before or after your treatments. Enjoy….it’s really perfect any time of year!
